Hold the scraper against the foot and use a downward motion to scrape off any thickened skin. Continue scraping the skin until all areas of the foot are smooth. Use very gentle scrapes—it’s best if you remove the thickened skin gradually over a few sessions to ensure you aren’t too aggressive with your feet. You can use it on wet and dry skin.
