Athletic Trainee 2E
The Athletic Trainee 2E is an elliptical cross trainer designed for home use, which has a belt-driven wheel resistance system with continuous tension control.
The elliptical moves 80% of the muscles of the body with a low impact on the knees due to the distribution of the effort between the arms and legs.
It is equipped with the Hand Grip system, for heart rate monitoring through the palm of the hand.
The inertia disc is a Fan Wheel, with which you can feel a pleasant sensation of freshness while practicing exercise.
The elliptical cross trainer comes with a front disc for waist and hip work (twister).
In addition, a kit of weights (4 dumbbells) is also delivered, to complete the exercises. These dumbbells can be attached to the neck of the elliptical.
