But did you know that you probably have bacteria, possibly including E. coli, – as well as residual pesticides on the surface of fruit and vegetables (yes – even the Organic stuff)?

You can use directly on a piece of fruit (like an apple) or add about a tablespoon to a big bowl of water. A little goes a LOOOONG way! You can use cold water and mix the berries around with your hands for about 30 seconds.
